Althouth the Cavs opened up with the game’s first 8 points, and led by 3 (80-77) after the 3rd Qtr…The Bucks showed no signs of backing down. Mo Williams got off to an early start and scored a season high 37 points.
With 5.9 seconds left on the clock, Lebron James hit a lay-up to tie the game at 102, but with no time outs, the Bucks pushed the ball up the floor, and Michael Redd hit a game-winning 3-pointer over Wally Szczerbiak with 0.1 seconds left on the clock.
Since the All-Star break, the Bucks are 3-0 on their home court. Included in this record is a win against Denver, Detroit, and now the newest victim…The Cavs.
The next challenge for the New-Look Cavs is the high-profile Boston Celtics. With only a month and a half of regular season play left, the Cavs must find a way to get the new additions acclimated to the system, and there’s no better or quicker way to do that than by hands-on play against a top contender. Tune in tomorrow night at 7:30pm ET.
