This is good for the Cavs. I had predicted that Ferry would match any offer to keep Andy, since he’s central to this teams frontcourt success. Plus he’s a fan favorite in Cleveland. Now they can pretty much use their MLE to keep him.
His rate should have never been on the rise. Andy has one dimension to his game. That is “flop”.
If we keep him for what he’s really worth and not some ridiculous amount, I’ll be somewhat ok with him being on the team for another year, since it doesn’t seem like we’ll be able to make any good moves this offseason. But I’ll be suprised if he gets any better or is able to add offense to his game.
This is my first post
just saying HI
Hey jameswillisisthebest,
I’m Dee, the author of the articles here on Cavscourt. Sorry for the late recognition of your comment. I’ve been extremely busy here lately…Actually working on another blog – Train the Trainer.
Anyways, I hope you enjoyed your visit. Come back to check in with us from time to time. Things tend to pick up when the season starts and I add new articles.
Anyways, this is your official “Welcome!” You are now part of the crew. 🙂 We look forward to hearing from you on a couple of our discussions during the season, or just to drop in and say hi again during your next visit.
